Measure area in three places

1. Choose area to apply
2. Wash area thoroughly
3. Open package - Unfold Applicator
4. Apply lotion side to skin
5. Smooth Applicator to ensure good contact
6. Secure with saran wrap, ace (elastic) bandage or spandex clothing
7. Wear Applicator for a minimum of 45 minutes 
8. Remove Body Applicator - Discard (Body Applicator is only to be used once)
9. Rub In remaining Lotion
10. Remeasure - Calculate results.
